At Quantum Digital Services, we are committed to providing accurate and timely BCI and FBI background check services through Ohio’s WebCheck system. Due to the nature of our services and compliance with state and federal regulations, the following return policy applies:
1. Non-Refundable Services
All background check services—whether BCI, FBI, or both—are non-refundable once the fingerprints have been submitted to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI&I) or the FBI. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Errors in information provided by the applicant (e.g., incorrect personal details or reason codes)
- Submission delays or rejections due to issues beyond our control (e.g., poor fingerprint quality, agency processing times)
Results not meeting the employer’s or licensing agency’s expectations.
2. Resubmissions
In the rare case that fingerprints are rejected by BCI&I or the FBI due to poor quality, we offer one courtesy resubmission at no additional charge within 30 days of the original submission. The applicant must provide the original TCN (Transaction Control Number) and rejection notice to qualify.
3. Appointment No-Shows or Late Cancellations
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may forfeit a portion of their payment.
4. Customer Satisfaction
If you believe there has been an error in the handling of your background check (not related to the result), please contact us at info@quantumdigitalservices.com within 7 business days of your appointment. We will investigate the matter promptly and work to resolve any legitimate concerns.
5. Policy Updates
Quantum Digital Services reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements.
